- From Seoul, take Seoul-Busan highway. Drive about 2 hours (about 150 km) and take Seoul-Honam highway then exit at Yuseong interchange. From Youseong interchange the best is to follow the car navigation. So advice is before hitting the road enter KISTI address in the navigation system.
By Train (KTX) and Taxi.
- From Seoul Station or any other KTX Station, at Daejeon Station. From Seoul Station, it takes about one hour. So a little advice is not to miss Daejon station. Sometimes chances are that some will pass Daejon Station as KTX train s quite fast. KTX train runs at about every 15 minutes. For detail schedules you can do reservation online too, if you wish.
- Once arrived at Daejeon Station, exit the Station and taxi stand welcomes you right outside of the Station. Take the taxi and show KISTI location map to the taxi driver. From Daejeon Station to KISTI, it takes about 25~40 minutes and costs about 10,000 Korean Won (about U$10.00) one way. For return taxi, please ask KISTI staff to book taxi.
